- It’s returned in the original packaging.
- You provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Period: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.

- Return Method: Ship the item back by mail.
- Defective Products: We provide a free, prepaid return label.
- Non-Defective Products (Customer Remorse): A return label is included in your original package at no extra cost.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.
Refund Process
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 8 business days after we receive your return, using your original payment method.
- Exclusions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Damaged or Faulty Items
For items that arrive defective, wrongly described, or damaged (e.g., unraveled seams or holes present before use):
- We’ll provide a full refund or replace the item with an identical one in the same size, subject to availability.
- A free, prepaid return label will be provided.
Note: Address or product variant changes after shipping cannot be accommodated or refunded.

- Shipping Verification: We ship to the address linked to your payment method. Verify its accuracy—reshipping costs for returned orders are your responsibility.
