    • Free shipping on orders of $99.99 or more

Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday)
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. holidays)
  • Delivery Time: 8-12 business days (depending on your location)
  • Total Delivery Time: 9-14 business days (processing + shipping)
  • Carriers: We partner with trusted services like USPS and FedEx for reliable delivery.
    Note: Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or unexpected events. We’ll keep you updated if this happens.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package’s progress right to your door.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Since we ship within the USA only, customs fees, duties, or taxes typically do not apply. If any unexpected charges arise, please contact us for assistance.

Damaged or Lost Items
We pack every order with care, but if something arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) at contact@bluediamondgift.com.
  • Include your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable).
  • We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund, based on availability.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us at contact@bluediamondgift.com within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping begins, cancellations aren’t possible, but you can refer to our Refund Policy for return options.
